This is an absolutely incredible place to stay in the perfect location in downtown Fruita and just the most inspiring place to spend a few days while on the western slope.

The main room is perfect for family or friend time or even large gatherings. The location is great for walking to quaint little shops and restaurants and breweries and live music literally two blocks away.

This property has so many unique finishes and touches that really bring to life the character of this old church, but do so in an incredibly modern and useful way.

We found the space really inspiring, and it gave us a lot of energy for our adventures in the area.

A bunch of 60+ year old guys get together for a mountain biking trip every September. We usually do a west Denver ride followed by 3 days in Salida. One of our guys suggested a Fruita trip in May. The lodging accommodations at Our Lady of Perpetual Motion are fantastic. Great shed concept to kerp the bikes safe and the ex church clean. Spacious, unique, great kitchen area, and a very attentive and considerate hostess. Already looking forward to a return visit both in the form of another "boys" trip as well as a less bicycle focused trip with my wife and other couples.

Our Lady in Fruita was one of the best experiences I have had at a home rental. The space is absolutely beautiful and so much attention to detail. The artwork in the home is like going to a museum. The layout is perfect for large or small groups. One of the best things is there is a place for everyone to gather/sit. Sometimes we rent houses and there is a living room with 4 chairs. Our Lady has great furniture for larger groups and even places for a small quiet chat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our Lady of Perpetual Motion is artistically stunning and incredibly comfortable for large parties. Our group loved the space, the 2 kitchens, the many beds and easy access to all kinds of outdoor fun. It’s a treat to stay in!

Had a delightful stay here while in town for a mtn bike trip w some buddies. “Our Lady” far exceeded expectations- meticulously converted old church w lots of room and charm in a perfect location. And some great natural reverb for my acoustic guitar in the great room, complete w stained glass windows…. Will def be back!

Our Lady of Perpetual Motion is SPECTACULAR! Such an amazing space. Extremely unique place to stay. Short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Will for sure stay here again.

Incredible space. Gracious host who pays attention to the details. The photos can’t convey the atmosphere that exudes from this place. Can’t wait to come back.
