Mark and Tammy were BEYOND helpful when it came to purchasing our mountain home. We were buying a 2nd home from out of state and they were instrumental in guiding us through the process from day 1. To begin, when we selected our realtor Mark was one of 2 who picked up the phone and called me vs. the 20 who just simply contacted me by e-mail when I sent an inquiry. His easygoing demeanor and obvious knowledge of the market sold us right away. It was quite a ride - having to do FaceTime tours and making bids on houses we hadn't set foot in to make sure we had our place at the table when trying to make a deal. The expert advice we received gave us confidence at every turn that we were making the right moves. When we finally flew out to see what would become our new home, Mark met us at the airport and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable while making that important decision. When it was time to complete our offer, Tammy pulled double duty between office and the house getting our paperwork in. Buying a second home from out of state is a challenging process but the Monroes made it seamless and a real pleasure to go through, and we couldn't be happier with our mountain home!
