Thomas Grimes of PAL Realty is receiving one star only because Google Reviews requires it to post this review.

He yelled at me several times including once on the front lawn of the house. Mr. Grimes slowed down the purchase of my home by delaying inspections during the contract inspection period. He refused to grant normal courtesies real estate agents are known for.

His texts were mean spirited, unprofessional and rude. I had to restrict his contact with me to emails only because magically they were more professional and appropriate.

His PAL broker June Robbins was unprofessional and confrontive when I asked her for help. I couldn't believe it.

My real estate attorney was stunned by their unusual behavior, too.

The Plantation at Leesburg is a very nice place to live, but I do not recommend PAL Realty.
