Do not rent from this company! The condo was filthy! Dirt on the floor and food on the couch. The electrical outlets didn’t work in some of the rooms and popped when you used them in other rooms. Thankfully we were only on the second floor because the balcony railing was broken in some spots making it very flimsy. The blinds were broken and we were on the second floor on the beach. Which meant lots of traffic at night with no privacy! The pictures had (at some point) falled off the wall and instead of being hung back up there were just pictures sitting around in all of the rooms with holes in the walls where they used to be. The blinds also had strings hanging everywhere since they were broken. This made me nervous with 2 kids! There was no air filter in the air conditioner and the one that was laying next to the air conditioner was from 8/31/21 (over a year old)! I left MULTIPLE voice mails and nobody every returned a call. We did get a couple of emails back from them but nothing to try to resolve any of the issues.

Beware, this company appears to only care about making money. After taking our money and confirming our reservation, they decided to cancel, saying we should get our money refunded within 15 days…two weeks!! Within an hour of cancelling our booking, they had a longer stay booked in our place. I doubt that was a coincidence seeing how their booking calendar for the condo was pretty much wide open. I feel certain they had an inquiry for the longer stay and bounced us. Fingers crossed we actually get our money back. Very disappointing. I definitely would not trust them to have a customer’s best interest in mind.

Cancelled our reservation on us with no explanation. Luckily Air B&B refunded our money. Looks like maybe it was so they could jack up the prices. Beware!!! By the looks of other reviews it was probably a blessing in disguise.

When checking in we had an additional $604 charge that was not disclosed to us before hand. The dishes and floor was dirty we had to clean the food off of dishes in the cabinet before we could use them and sweep the floors. The microwave and vent over the sovereign didn't work we cald to report it and we were told maintenance would come fix it but they never showed up. The refrigerator top shelf was broken and duct taped. None of the TV's had had remotes to work the TV just the cable box. The pots and pans are all warped. The ceiling in the master bath over the shower is in bad shape. The front door wouldn't stay shut due to loose screws I had to fix because most of the time you can't get ahold of anyone. The arm bands that are required were not all here. A room for 12 and we only had 7 bands and only allowed 2 beach chairs. The air conditioner fan doesn't blow so it gets hot in the rooms. The lights half work. We had rented for a 3 bedroom one of the rooms has access to the outer hall and was locked when we arrived without the code. The French blinds were missing strips. The closet door in the master bedroom doesn't shut right. There is not enough parking and the parking spaces and parking garage are way to small for the full sized vehicles that are here. We ended up paying over $4,000 for the condo but had I seen accurate photos I would have never stayed, the true value is about half of less than what we paid. I would never recommend LSI rentals.

I'm sure I forgot a few of the things that was wrong but I'm sure you can get the point. If I could give a negative 5 star I would.

This place was GROSS NASTY AND JUST PLAINLY PUT NASTY!!!!!!! Just so you know i am at the HOSPITAL WITH AN UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION THAT I CAUGHT WHILE AT THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!! I called LSI 32 times and was ignored then the supervisor Travis calls and it was silent and then all they did is offer by email another DUMP that was not even CLEAN YET!!!!! I would stay away and I will NEVER book another anything that they have anything to do with. LSI properties are disease infected house that are not worth renting for an enemy let alone a family going to Florida for my BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!! LSI RUINED MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY AND I WILL BE TALKING TO MY ATTORNEY ABOUT BEING COMPENSATED FOR THE DISASTER THAT THEY CAUSED RENTING DUMPS INSTEAD OF GOOD QUALITY HOUSES!!!!!!!!
Also they would get negative stars if that was possible.

Just to start a month prior to my trip LSI calls me and tells me that they are moving my reservation to am upgrade. Literally nothing about the new place is an upgrade.

Arrival day:

After driving 6 hours to our condo we find out it isn't ready. I arrived at 4:15 for a 4pm check in. Why couldn't someone call me hours before and let me know? So after an hour of waiting the condo smells like cooked onions. We get in the condo and find out the internet that was listed as an amenity is not working. Brittany the young lady at LSI tried to be as helpful as she could but there was nothing she could do. Just a frustrating expert overall with LSI

We rented 30211 Surfside. Unit was not ready upon arrival. Customer service was rude. Asked for a mop were told not provided. Place was dirty upon arrival. Dirty dishes in sink. The refrigerator was broken so bad that it was taped up with duct tape. The tape had hair in it INSIDE the refrigerator. Refrigerator was dirty. TVs Were pretty inoperable. One didn't have batteries in remote. Could only use one TV. Microwave Quit working. No one came to fix. Just said use the microwave in Studio apartment.. Dishes in cabinets were not clean. Had to argue about having beach access. Horrible unit and service.
