Parsons Realty is the place to go when buying or selling a house. We have had the fortune and pleasure getting to know Bill for many years. He has helped us buy and sell our previous 3 homes in the past 10 years. Being a contractor for many years before becoming a realtor, Bill has a vast knowledge about how houses are built, and able to point out crucial informations on structures and workmanships on each house, whether buying or selling. He also has a great strategy on buying/selling a house. He takes care of many things for you, and have great suggestions on how to prep for a sale.

Now that his son Nolan has joined the company, you will be working with an excellent team, not just one realtor, but two! They are always available to help and answer your questions. Nolan helped us get our house ready for the showing when we were short on time. He charged very reasonably on the work he provided.

If you are selling your home, the Parsons also work with you on better commission rates, making things much easier for everyone.

We just recently sold our house (within 3 days!), again, with the help of the Parsons, it went very smoothly! We would not hesitate to work with them again if we ever have any more real estate needs.
