Patrick is an amazing agent. I met Patrick a little over a year ago, when I was having difficulties finding an apartment. Patrick helped me get into an apartment and a little under year later I called him for help buying a house. I had a low budget for purchase price and I was going with a CHFA loan. Patrick didn't give up on me when I told him the obstacles, he showed me every house I wanted to see even if it was above budget. He was completely optimistic throughout the process but also open about the challenges I would face. He made sure to listen to what I wanted and kept guiding me towards options he knew would fit me well. A few weeks working with Patrick and I was under contract with a great opportunity for me and my family, well within my budget. The closing process was a nightmare due to CHFA and the seller was going to back out, thanks to Patrick he didn't back out and now I own my first home. I couldn't be more grateful to Patrick or recommended him enough, he genuinely cared about me and my family. After closing, he continues to check in to see how everything was going and even stopped in, to see how it was coming along. It possessed some of the features that both my husband and I desired—a yard for our golden retriever puppy to play in and a secluded neighborhood to raise our baby girl, who is expected to arrive in March 2024!

I highly recommend Patrick. I had an offer in on a house, but the seller wasn't being very forthcoming about a potential issue. Patrick took the initiative to go to the town hall and dig into the history of the home to discover a problem and I was able back out of the deal. His efforts saved me thousands of dollars. Shortly after, Patrick found me an even better home that is perfect for me. Patrick is easy to talk to and listens well. As a single person, it was nice to have someone I could trust to bounce ideas and thoughts off of. On more than one occasion, Patrick went above and beyond what I would expect of a real estate agent without me having to ask.
