Staff is absolutely amazing, reliable, and trustworthy. The environment is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable/welcoming. Usually in and out (we’ve had a few visits in 4 years), staff is knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to diagnose the root of the problem not just the symptoms. Not only were they thorough in patiently explaining things to my boyfriend and I, but they were incredible with our daughter. So glad we found this gem for when the need arises. 12/10 recommend!

We visited pediatric urgent care for an issue with my son. He got an appointment almost immediately. From the moment we checked in at the desk everyone was very nice and accommodating. We were quickly taken in the back and Dr. Sue came in shortly thereafter. She was wonderful. Her bedside manor was amazing. She took very good care of my son. Everyone who i worked with my son was amazing. Thank you, Pediatric Urgent Care, for all that you do!!

We were visiting from out of state when one of our boys fell and broke his arm. The urgent care atmosphere was very welcoming and comforting for children. The waiting room was very kid friendly. Staff was amazing, they explained everything well to myself and my child and went above and beyond to make him feel safe, heard, and taken care of. Well done and thank you!

I made an appointment and got there early and the girl at desk was great and moved our appointment up so we didn’t actually have to wait so that was awesome.
What I didn’t like is I didn’t feel like my daughter’s issue was fully examined. The doctor was in the room for maybe a minute. I just felt like doctor pushed on her heel then wrap then ace bandage on it an sent us on her way.

We barely sat down in the waiting room, before being called. They checked my daughter’s vitals quickly. In the room we sat for less than 10 minutes before they offered to have the X Ray taken. The X Ray results were quick and the NP was again, in the room within 10 minutes providing us with the result. The Front Desk, Medical Assistant, X Ray Tech and NP were all very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and genuinely nice.

It was super easy making an appointment on their website this morning and when we got there we got right in! They immediately did an Xray of my daughter’s ankle and we got the results within 5 minutes! It was fast, professional and everyone was kind to the situation!!! Definitely recommend!!!

We came in for an ear ache, in and out in 15 mins!! And they gave him his 1st dose of antibiotics while there as well as some Motrin. You guys are soooo amazing!! Thank you. I trust this care center with all of my children’s health needs.

Always reliable and friendly! I trust everyone there to do their best for our kiddos, and they do! Even with kids and babies screaming, a crowded waiting room, and long days, everyone there is patient and enters your room ready to help and put your child at ease. Always very comforting to us parents, as well. I'm so grateful to have Pediatric Urgent Care so close by!!! ❤️ If you are reading this as an employee, thank you!!!
