I recently worked with Ed and Perla in securing a rental in Sarasota. I have been living in the townhome for about 5 weeks now. I felt it necessary to put a review, because I am extremely happy with their services. I am a real estate agent, so I am very familiar with how rentals and property goes. However, Ed is the most patient and helpful person there could be. Things don’t always go according to plan when you move, but having Ed and Perla on your side will ensure the best possible outcome and they are very responsive. I feel like they listen and do their very best to help everyone come together. Highly recommended!

Perla sent her husband to show us a property. It took me less than 24 hours to get my application over to him and he rented it, he explained there were other people interested in that I needed to get my application in, I explained to him I would go as fast as I could, but that I wanted it. And he rented it anyway With no heads up. It felt a little unethical. I don't suggest using them if you want to work with somebody who will communicate with you.

I had great experience both renting a place that Perla listed as well well as getting out of the lease. She was very helpful in renting the place as well navigating the HOA requirements which was new to me. She was very flexible and helped getting me settled. On the other side, I needed to get out of the lease couple of months early and she diligently put the house on the market and let me get out early. She was very prompt in her response and I am thankful. Perla was very easy to communicate and work with.

Gave our property to Perla to find us a seasonal rental. Loads of empty promises, resulted in us almost loosing a complete 4 month rental. Fortunately, we found our own renters who have also rebooked for 2024 as well. I would not recommend using this company .

Thank you for your most ridiculous reply. We have been renting out our property for 30 years, for the same period of time each year. June through August and December through March. We have had bookings EVERY year. We only went with you, as our realtor retired. You could not even get the dates right. Finding a renter when we were actually in the property, was useless (September). How unprofessional you are. Never returning calls, not been able to find anyone for the correct dates and not been able to record details as given to you. I suppose the rentals we had with our previous realtor for 30 years, are all incorrect and you were right. The only laughable thing is your company. Get YOUR facts right.

Talked to Perla about leasing a property, she said she would email application for the condo association and never did. We have left voicemail and text messages for her for a week and do not get any reply. If we are being declined for some reason please have the decency to let us know. No reply is unprofessional as best.

Had same experience as other client in reviews. She does not return your call, because really busy and you do not matter. Try to list property for rent with her and after 24 days on the market only showed it ones. Unprofessional with attitude, and will not return your calls.
I don't believe I waisted whole month with her and with nowadays renal market she could not rented it out.
Do not waist your time, just go to the agent that cares and hangry for work not to the one that does it because nothing else to do.
