Zero stars.. 0/100000000000 would not recommend renting from Plus Vacation Homes. We booked a home for 11/27/24-12/1/24 to host family visiting from New York and Maryland. We were assigned a home located at 7541 Marker Ave, Kissimmee, FL. After a long day of traveling and grabbing our food to cook for Thanksgiving the next day, we finally arrived to the home after 7pm and unloaded 3 cars full of groceries. We then went to assist my wheelchair bound grandmother to a room and realized the home had not been cleaned from the previous guest (see attached photos). We reached out to the host who finally responded 1 hr later and offered us another home. Due to time, amount of luggage and groceries unloaded, and grandmothers condition we chose to stay, clean the home ourselves, and purchase new sheets for beds. Omar the host did agree to send a cleaning company out the next day (Thanksgiving day)and they did show up and re-cleaned the home. The rest of the stay was fine until we were charged for both homes. We reached out to the host Omar and requested a refund for the 2nd home we never used. Omar stated he would not be issuing a refund because we were occupying both homes, which was false. Why would we stay in a fifthy home and a clean one. We reminded him that we were at the first home. He replied with a pic of 2 cars in the driveway of the 2nd home that did not belong to any of us. We requested he come to the home we stayed at 7541 Marker Ave and he ignored our request. After going back and forth with him, we decided to go to the other home to see if possibly someone else was staying in the home he was mistaking us for. When we arrive the guest staying next door to the home was outside and offered to move the cars in the driveway of the 2nd home Omar assumed we were staying at. The guest stated they were using it for overflow parking. We again reached out to Omar to advise of this and sent him video footage confirming the cars belonged to the next door guest. We have also asked him to check the door lock logs (which track entry into the home) and/or camera footage from the inside or outside of the home showing the home being occupied by us. The home was still in clean conditions like no one ever entered. To this date, the owner/host Omar Akdeniz has refused to refund us for the 2nd home we NEVER occupied, or even take off a discount for the filthy home we stayed in. I was hoping to not have to bring this to google, but this is ridiculous. This is bad business and I would never rent through this company EVER AGAIN!!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Plus Vacation Homes in Orlando! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions, including theme parks, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient to explore Orlando.

The team at Plus Vacation Homes was professional, friendly, and very responsive to any questions we had, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made us feel at home.

We highly recommend Plus Vacation Homes to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Orlando. We would definitely love to stay with them again in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Do not make the mistake of booking. I booked one of their locations back in June and upon arrival, the place was not as advertised. We paid nearly 4 thousand for the entirety of our stay, and are hoping to get a refund. We booked them off of Hopper, and as per Hopper’s policy we are entitled to a refund if the home is not as advertised if reported within three days, as it was. We did not want to relocate nor could we had we wanted to without a refund. The home didn’t have nearly as many amenities as advertised, and to be frank the home was disgusting and in no condition for any human to live in. Not only did the bathroom door not work properly, resulting in one of the guests being locked in there for over an hour, but there was no hot water in the kitchen, bugs invaded the home, the ceiling fan was covered in dust and dirt, boogers and black stains stained the walls, there was brown substance which looked to be bodily fluid on the mattress and white fluid stains on the couch and headboard. And these were only the issues we figured out on the first day. After reporting these issues with proof, we got no response for at least 24 hours and had resolved most of them on our own with deep cleaning in which we had to spend money on materials, after we already paid a cleaning fee for the home. The hot water never got fixed, even though the maintenance man had promised to come back the next day after he finally came to change the malfunctioning bathroom doorknob. We didn’t see him again until weeks later when the washing machine malfunctioned and flooded the entire unit, ruining much of our things. The bathroom had also flooded with diarrhea and after numerous calls and excuses, someone finally came to clean it nearly 48 hours later. The stay was unsanitary and unsafe, and every time we reported it we were given a runaround and excuses. We never once received calls back even after repeated calls and being put on hold. Weeks later, we are still here with no refund after written and verbal consent of one. We have emailed and called and continue to get no response.

Amazing Vacation Experience

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Orlando for 2 days. The cleanliness and organization of the house were impressive. The decor was modern and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect; we were able to reach Disney parks and other attractions in no time. The pool area was ideal for relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Even though our stay was short, we’re extremely happy we chose this place. We’re looking forward to coming back again!

Beauty home, everything is perfect , super clean and everything works! WiFi , pool is clean and great for family. Will definitely come back to it for our next visit.

Terrible. No communication. Hot tub and pool doesn’t work. Patio lights do not work. Alarm to back patio is not functioning. Dishwasher is out of service. No one calls you back to fix. Hair in my shower not even sure it was cleaned. Biggest joke on the rental circuit in the Kissimmee, Florida area. Second time using them and issues both rentals. If you use this company be prepared for major disappointment if you have anything not functioning good luck getting anyone to respond getting it fixed! 2 days and nothing is working. NEVER WILL WE USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! EVER!
DAY 4:
Still no hot tub or pool heat.
No one has shown up or done anything to resolve the above issues 4 days into our stay but the owner of vacation rentals can respond to this review immediately and question the validity? It’s a scam.

It was so amazing I had to book an extra day it felt some homey and I would recommend to anybody looking for an amazing relaxing setting. I loved every room really had their own bathrooms I love how spacious the house was . 10/10 recommended!
