Today, Saturday! We get home to no water. Our bill was due the 3rd, 5 days late. No 2nd notice. They just came sometime in the afternoon and shut it off knowing there would be no way for us to reconnect our services. I did not even know they worked Saturdays. My mother had a stroke last week and I've been by her side day and night since. I was going to pay that ridculously high bill first thing Monday morning. This was an unethical thing to do without notice just to add more fees to our bill. Last month we had a situation with our toilettes running while we were out of town and there was no way no negotiate over $300 in water bill when our bill is normally in the $70's. This is how companies like this rob us of our money because they know they are the only company in this small town. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Small but efficient staff keeps the water system running smoothly and safely in Port LaBelle's 30,000 acre subdivision, the largest in the county. Recent activity seems to point to a consultant leading the manager to subsidize medium and large water customers by charging large "base" fees to those who use little or no water. Empty lots owners by the tens of thousand pay fees although there is no water used at those Port LaBelle empty lots.

Once again, the water stopped without notice, and once again there is no message on their phone service to indicate when the water will return and whether it will be safe to drink. It's as if weekend service is not important...

Did not even get a bill an till they turn the water off.get your office in order and send the billing statement on time
