I just met Tyrone Correa when looking at a property and he was the least helpful person in real estate that I have met. He genuinely seemed so disinterested, knowledgeable, and as though it didn't care about the property or people trying to rent it. It was interesting because everyone else in this town seemed very helpful and friendly.
Tyrone ignore my questions about the property via email. In person, he still didn't have the basic answers of when is the property available (I think the answer was supposed to be now), what pets are accepted, what are the move in costs, etc. He made weird comments about how he makes his wife pay the little bills and he pays the large bills, which is why he doesn't know typical utility costs. And how he could use the fire station parking for his real estate business needs business, as he has some city-related position (something like town council). He didn't provide any information freely. I had to ask about everything. Even how to apply. When I said I was probably interested in applying, he only stated that two others had applied and continued to stand around awkwardly. Later, I asked about how to apply and he criticized how I asked so much about the property but hadn't asked about applying, and seemed to be making some connection to where I am from. Then told me to call him when I had free time. When I did call (once I got home, 2 hours away), he didn't answer so I left a voicemail and a text. When I hadn't heard back the next day I sent an email. It's been a few days and I haven't heard back.
I found him rude and unprofessional.

Most horrible and horrific experience by far! One of my clients was housed by this realtor and the communication was amazing until she signed the lease and moved in. Turned out the apartment was infested with rats and mice and no one did anything about it! Utilities were also included in the rent yet her electricity was cut off every month! This is a family with four young children. When I contacted this realtor later on they wouldn’t even answer the phone for us. I highly do not recommend. I have one star because it will not allow you to choose zero.
