Do not appropriately address concerns with landscaping company who consistently buzzcuts my personal garden at inappropriate points of the growing/ dormant season. Very disappointed with the brushing off of concerns.

We have been renters with Preferred Management for about 2 years now, and I am always impressed with each and every person I have worked with. Everyone goes above and beyond. Maintenance requests are always handled very timely. We were able to renew our lease more easily and efficiently than we ever have with any other property management company. We also recently had some issues with noisy neighbors and these issues have been addressed in the most professional and efficient ways. So grateful for Linda and the rest of the Preferred Management team!

We use Preferred Management for the Countryside Condos in Elburn. I have dealt with a lot of associations/management companies and Preferred Management is by far the best. They are always responsive and they seem to manage the property very well. We just got a new roof this year and they painted our balconies and resurfaced our driveway areas. I've had associations where I've paid 2x the dues and the common areas were falling apart and there were special assessments for everything and nothing got done, not sure where the money was going. But thank you to Preferred Management for being so good and especially Stephanie, that is responsive and gets things done. She's a real asset to the company!

Preferred Management was the management company for our rental unit in the Woodridge Circle condo unit. Kirk, Sarah, and Linda were all great to communicate with. If there was an issue with some thing they took care of us. We lived in the unit for four years. The move in and exit was smooth. We have moved over the years for different circumstances and Preferred Management has been the best so far. We would highly recommend them.

After our last snow fall rendered our parking lot useless I ran into the nieghbor and asked if we should call the association to complain. He said "Don't bother, there not going to do anything anyway "So I gave preferred management a call where Stephanie greeted me with "Did the neighbor send you" No Stephanie, I was calling to inform you that my car is now sticking 4' out past my parking spot. This also makes the neighbor upset because he has to come and get me in order to pull his car out of the garage.

Consumer services needs to be improved. They are unprofessional and rude. Every time, I call for a maintenance repair; they give me a negative attitude and the people that send for the maintenance repair, never fix things properly. For example, since I moved in the apartment the main entrance door opens with the wind, they sent people to fixed it but they never fixed properly and until now the door opens with winds if I don’t lock it.
Both of Sarah and Linda have raised their voice on me of couple of times, only because I am defending my rights as a tenant. Linda who is in charge of taking care of the maintenance request, she is always complaining about spending money to take care of the broken things in the apartment. She acts like I don’t pay my rent every single month or money is coming out her packet. I have put up with their negative attitudes and rudeness for 3 years because I really liked the neighborhood.

I would like to first say that I highly recommend preferred management to all. The staff there are very nice and professional. I've rented my apartment from them for 2 years now and I have been very satisfied with the management and the property it's self. I can say they are very good at keeping up with their property maintenance and the landscaping. They do a great job at serving their tenants with not only a great place to live but also a reasonable price too. I'd give them 10 stars if it was available to give but keep up the good managing you all are the best!!! Any bad reviews on this place is a lie or the people who was renting from them "A" didn't read their lease or just violated their lease terms or "B" just got mad and thought to write a bad review to get their ratings low which I feel they do a very good job at managing the property and the tenants. Thanks Sarah and Kirk for the best rental I've had. Like I said highly recommend! !!!!!!!!!!!
