If you ever get “stuck” working with Ed Castrillo, run the other way. His rude and condescending demeanor is second to none. Being in the RE industry for over 10 years and seeing how he treats myself and customers, good luck to anyone having to work with him. Hopefully the shore group outside of his “customer service” is better because due to his lack of knowledge and compassion we will aim to avoid working with him or this group in the future.

The photos and video done on our home we sold in May turned out sooo good! The music was a great choice for the video and it took a few months, but we finally closed on a cash offer. Never got a “thank you for letting me help sell your house” or anything from the realtor regarding closing details, even tho we put some money in his pocket in the end and things felt shady throughout it with him, but the law firm that assisted us with closing luckily gave me all details and said thanks for doing business with us.

We first met Laura Downey at an Open House listing that we were interested in. We had no one to represent us, and we found out later that she was just filling in for someone else. It became quickly apparent to us that she was genuinely interested in our concerns. Laura offered to stay late beyond the time of the Open House so I could get my truck to address my concern about the garage size. She even closed up afterward to meet us at our condo which we planned to sell. She negotiated with the Seller's agent and represented us. We bought the home as a result, and she kept us informed during the entire process way beyond time limitations. Afterwards, we listed our condo as she recommended four months later. It sold in one day! This review is a pleasure for us to write because this agent earned it. Please don't hesitate to have Laura Downey represent you as your real estate agent.

I asked a Preferred Shore agent to show me a property THAT I FOUND. It was perfect for my family. I asked the agent to send my offer and the agent declined and told me to wait until I get a my approval letter. The day I got my letter I find that another Preferred Shore agent from the same office stepped in and helped another buyer get an accepted offer on that property the morning that I was to receive my letter. Do you believe in numerous coincidences? I believe you will be better served by any of the many other realty providers out there. I know I was. Now read the stock scripted follow up from Preferred shore as they pretend to care. I was going to use preferred Shore to buy one property and to sell another property. Their loss. It will be your loss if you work with them, as it was mine.
