Cossett and her team have been beyond incredible. She has been in charge of our property for 14 years now. I am amazed at how quickly things are resolved. My experience has been quality long term tenants and 5 star service. After 2 separate hurricanes 🌀 I have recieved updates sooner than I should. She treats our property often better than her own putting us and her tenants above personal needs. She has the contacts to find quality service for caring and maintaining the home and has the home treated with white gloves for tenants to move in. Honestly if we didn't have her I would be afraid renting a property 2000 miles away. I am only sorry it took 14 years to give pro management the recognition they deserve. If you own a property this team is the one to choose for your needs.

Extremely poor experience as a tenant. Office doesn’t have basic information correct which wastes time and money on my end. Ms Garcia did not care to hear about my concerns with attempts to cut me off mid-sentence. A 3 day notice was posted on my door after failure of Garcia to contact me regarding payment options. As a new tenant of hers I was filling her in on the details of my situation, which was met with an unprofessional manner and a blatant disregard for the very words I spoke. She was extremely disrespectful and insensitive which she called “speaking from the heart” and proceeded to block me. I explained my father died suddenly from a very recent and unexpected lung cancer diagnosis, 2 months ago and she said quote “Some never had a father at all to enjoy, perspective is what helps me survive” in addition to implying I’m a child on several occasions.

Update: Company (Skylar) tried to threaten me with a defamation of character lawsuit after this review. Never happened. This review was never about retaliation. The purpose of a review is to explain personal experiences with a company for future/present customers to see. A 3 day notice did not bother me, being unprofessional, petty, and acting like my landlord and not a PROPERTY
MANAGER did.
Lived at 2443 Paul, their A/H damaged my car which isn’t a cheap repair, never received any payment for that. Was told they’d get back to me, never received a response. Upon moving in house was INFESTED with every kind of roach, which I had to pay 700+ to have JUST the kitchen professionally cleaned (and it STILL wasn’t clean) then these people charged me a 300$ cleaning fee when moving out. Was never reimbursed. Had to stay home to allow access for their property appraiser for insurance.. this man left his number on my door… which made me feel unsafe in my own home given the literal locks on the doors didn’t work. There was also zero urgency to fix the mold/black drywall from a roof leak after hurricane Ian because “we have many properties who have more damage”. Zero concern for tenants safety. Zero communication skills, you have to call them every single day to get anything done. No professionalism.
Wish I had a better experience, do not recommend.

Cossett and her team get things done! Cossett has the skills and connections needed to run a successful property management business. She treats our home as if it were her own. She has always fixed the minor and few issues we’ve had. I would recommend Pro Management Realty to anyone looking for a property manager. As with any business dealings, I recommend to be clear with your expectations and communicate the important matters in writing.
