This is a management company that has an "F" rating with the BBB. When you move out, the keep your security deposit to cover things that are a part of their cost of doing business such as painting. They create bogus charges to cover their cost of repairing or replacing normal wear and tear items. Beware!

Horrible management company. i have been living at one of their Tucson apartment complexes for 2 years, in that time I’ve encountered 4 mice in my apartment, 3 floods, and a upstairs dog that barks and whines constantly at all times of the day. Oh, and the tweakers that knock on your door randomly. I’ve filed 4 noise complaints over the last 6 months and has it been fixed? Of course not. This company is a joke, I’d stay FAR away from any properties they own.

These people shouldn't even be in business, lived in one of their apartments in OKC and it was a nightmare. I kept complaining to the office and they never did anything. I broke my lease and moved out. And of course, I had to pay them 2x rent for breaking my lease which is how they make all their money.
Look how they don't even reply to the reviews that's how you know they don't care and all they see is $$$.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. From start to finish this company has been the worst. They are a definition of slum-lords. I moved into the Casa Sol Apartments in August, 2021. A monsoon hit and my ceiling came crashing in on me while I slept. I contacted management right away. After a week, someone came and cleaned up the mess and placed a black plastic trashbag over the whole in my bedroom ceiling. A thin trashbag was all that separated me from the outside elements. I complained about this issue every day for a month and spoke with an attorney before it was finally dealt with. Now, I received my security deposit and over $600 is missing. I've called to question the amount and have been told I'd get a return call. It has been 4 months of trying to get in contact with them and still I have not been contacted. They are thieves and everything that is wrong with this country. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Shut them down!! PLEASE!!!

TOTAL NIGHTMARE!
Due to the lack of communication between the overhead at Quail Spring Apartments and the tenants we had to live with unsafe and inconvenient circumstances. We paid full rent every single month although we couldn’t get use out of one of our bathtubs/shower due to cracks in it made before we moved in which we were told would be fixed but were not. We had kitchen drawers that were falling out upon moving in that never got fixed. We also had a roofing issue for over 75% of the time we lived there. We requested maintenance for over a year and did not receive it although our roof was cracking, falling, and soaking wet. We lived with a tarp tumbtacked to our roof for months along with the unfinished work that was left while maintenance employees came and went the one time someone came to look at it (left open holes in our roof and covered WITH A HUGE TARP). The tarp was to prevent anymore of the texture falling on the carpet because my infant was getting ahold of it and putting it in her mouth which is extremely unsafe. We requested it to be fixed through pro residential services and the job was marked as completed although no one came by to even look at it. I wrote emails on the portal of Pro Residential on my account with them and heard NOTHING back. I wrote hand written letters to the past managers and an email to the town housing authority. We did not have an active on site manager for TWO MONTHS. We were charged “late fees” although we paid rent on time, and never received reimbursement nor credit. We had a terrible time renting through these apartments/ Pro Residential however we left our unit in great condition and completed a deep clean upon moving out. The roof is still not fixed and the roofer was unprofessional and rude about the entire situation. He said “I only start work at 4am so i’ll be really loud and if my manager doesn’t want to take the job you won’t hear from me”. He was the one responsible for doing the roofing outside and did it wrong causing the leak. We paid the “late fees” through out the two years we lived there without complaining to save the run around which we knew we would endure becuase it’s impossible to reach any of the overheads. Even though they were wrongful charges done by Pro Residential Services Inc. We also had our vehicles broken into with expensive devices stolen from the covered parking area with no review or resolution and there are no incident reports available. Living at Quail Springs was personally a nightmare and i truly hope things can be resolved for future tenants without having to deal with problems for years before they are addressed.

Management is awful, they think they are above the law!!!! I have put in a complaint to the District Attorney's Office!!!!! Charging incorrect late fees from tenants, I am a tenant at the quails apartments and this has been happened multiple times!!! System they use failed and is stealing money from Tenants. Proof was provided and management still ignored, promised they would look into and didn't!!! All Beware

If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. Sharon Lin in the main office was very unprofessional & rude reguarding my move in. Along with her office help at the Quail place apartments in Blythe CA by the name Crystal. Their complex in Blythe ca always is between managers, I had applied Sept 28th 2022, was APPROVED Oct 1st, & nobody reached out to me, I went into the office with my approval notice to be told I had to pay a $200 HOLDING FEE.. on a unit that is already READY & I was approved for and told I could move in Friday.. per California state law for tenants a holding fee is charged at the time of approval IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A UNIT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPROVAL TO SECURE YOUR UNIT WHEN ONE IS READY THAT DEPOSIT GOES TOWARD THE MOVE IN FEES.. therefore my unit was ready I shouldn’t be charged a fee.. after arguing my point I was told I’m being denied now because IM RUDE 😳 the most unprofessional money hungry property management company

First, we were moved into the wrong apartment. It was never solved. The AC took over a month to fix, the carpet was used and barely cleaned. Didn't get a key to the mailbox for over a month. The maintenance guy first said he doesn't speak English. Turns out he's fluent.
