I’ve rented with them for almost a year and they are an excellent company. The houses are great, well maintained and the service is exceptional. Steven, one of their technicians, recently stopped by for a service call. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Steven left me with a very good impression of the company. I will renew my lease as soon as I can.

Absolutely abysmal system that preys on service charges for things your don’t have the option to omit: Why am I paying $9 for Third party vendors to tell me what my WST bill? Why can’t I do it myself like an adult? Why do I have to pay a monthly fee because there is a “smart lock”? I didn’t ask for that? Can I have it removed? Why do I have to pay another fee for literally just paying my rent?

My rent is $1850 and I pay $2k because of all the extra fees… Disgusting policies for a mediocre home.

Customer service is the only saving grace for this organization.

I wish to give 5 stars because how amazing Rocio Terrazas of Tucson AZ has been EXTREMELY helpful and kind with our move in and everything else. Now for the reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the company of progress residential itself is SO HARD to get into they had us going through HOOPS let me tell you. We pray and hope our stay goes well and we can live here for years to come.

Rey was an outstanding gentleman. My wife and I were having issues with HVAC, and once we got in contact with him, he went out of his way with short notice on a Saturday to ensure we were taken care of. It was late in the day, and he personally drove a good distance to pick up portable units for us and dropped them off. It was a pleasure to meet him, and he deserves recognition for being a great representative for Progress Residential.

Bad moving experience and the rent kept going up. Cleaned out the house some items left behind not even in the house anything left behind and or cleaning wise was minimal and there was a balance of course afterwards as far as the rent and the bills and anything found was needed to be painted as any rental house goes through before its rented out again yet there was a $3,800.00 tacked on after the move out for early termination fee which was disclosed via email to Progress which said will have to stay till the end of the month and or the 60 days to move completely out which did happen yet you crooks still charged the $3,800.00 with the remaining rental balance. Stay away from Progress look elsewhere otherwise SURPRISE JUST LIKE US RENTERS I WILL MAJE SURE I PUT THIS OUT THERE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW TO BEWARE OF PROGRESS.

Was told over the phone that we were ok to give our move out notice within the 60 day window. Now after moving out we are being told they won’t give us the $1,200 we are supposed to receive. All the calls are recorded for “quality assurance” but they say that a phone conversation isn’t good enough documentation. Apparently this is the only way to get them to answer your claims so I’m starting here. Do not rent from this company.
