So at first I was grateful they gave my wife and I a chance. But as time went on the experience got worse and worse from the maintenance guys breaking light fixture when they installed them. Ignoreing major problems like the huge crack under the tile in the kitchen that tilts the fridge and is pulling the cabinets off the wall, took almost 2 years to get a washer replaced. I recommend renting from a private owner avoid this company at all cost

If I could give Zero stars I would, What can I say it all started ok but went downhill fast communication is not their strong suit when it comes to anything, the maintenance does the the least for up keep and don't even finish the job half the time and when they do it's a jankie job. When it comes to getting your deposit back GOOD LUCK they will take your money and show you a bs receipt for things they don't even do. Court is the only way to deal with crooks like this save yourself the time, money and head ache seriously!

We are extremely happy with Property Alliance. Scott has been so wonderful since the beginning. He answered all of our questions and made the rental process very smooth. Whenever we need maintenance he takes care of it right away and is always communicating with us. We have renewed our contract twice because we are that happy with the service they provide. Highly recommend them!

Coming from a former employee of this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Incompetent management and maintenance are the hallmarks of this slum lord of a company. You will live in pest infested buildings and get fleeced on your security deposit at every turn. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

My roommates and I were living in a 4 bedroom house in Aurora for one year and we had Scott Sharkey as our property manager and he was outstanding. For the entire year Scott was in communication about necessary maintenance on the house, made sure to tend to any concerns we had about heating, the garbage disposal and the house needs. Scott was very professional and very personable as well. He made moving in and moving out very simple and was honest when it came to returning our security deposit. When we did move out, we found out the hard way how awful property managers can be as the company we are going through now has so far been horrible; we defiantly miss Property Alliance and their level of professionalism. Thank you again for making our living situation pleasant for the past year. I would recommend Scott and Property Alliance to anyone as they were truly a pleasure to work with.
