I can't say enough good things about Tim and his company! I used Alborz Real Estate's property management services for about 1.5 years. From the beginning, Tim set me at ease right away regarding all the details of leasing out my property, which is why I chose him over other property managers I interviewed. He ensured the best photos were taken to advertise my property, and he took the time to interview and find the best tenants. He and his employees were the pinnacle of professionalism, keeping me informed, and charging very reasonable rates monthly. When things needed to be fixed at the property they were always transparent with me and fixed them promptly and at a very reasonable rate. Rent was always paid on time, and my tenants left my place in a better state than before I leased it. Don't hesitate to choose Tim and his company for your real estate needs, they are the best!

Alborz Real Estate Co and their Denver Property Management have been helping my with my rental properties for over 2 decades now. They are very good and have always found good tenants for me. They have always given me good advices when I wanted to update my rental properties. They have good vendors and things get fixed fast with reasonable cost. I hired Alborz Real Estate Co and their property management to rent and manage my Mom’s townhouse in Aurora in 2017.  Since then they always found me good tenants and if a repair was needed they always ran it by me for my approval.  We finally decided to sell the townhouse.  Alborz quickly listed it and sold it over the asking price in less than 2 weeks.  They are always available, have provided good service and produce good result.
