I had a great experience moving into the Rafferty, and a huge part of that was thanks to Hans, who helped me lease my new apartment. From the beginning, Hans was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to address all of my concerns and inquiries at all hours of the day. I bombarded him with countless questions, and he patiently and promptly provided me with all the information I needed to feel confident in the leasing process. I couldn't have asked for a better leasing experience, thanks to Hans and the incredibly kind and diligent staff at the Rafferty. 10/10 would recommend - this place is beautiful.

I’ve been thinking of relocating to Orange County and decided to get a tour of the Rafferty. I had Joseph show me around and he was so kind and welcoming.
