I have been a tenant for 3 years now on a rental property through real estate inc! Moving from out of my other state wasn’t easy! Looking for a place in fl almost seemed impossible, especially after being denied, and turned down from other rental properties. Some even telling me to stay where I was! Just when I was about to give up, Lisa called me and I was approved and got the place before even seeing it! When I Moved down here I wasn’t sure what to expect! I quickly realized that I made the right decision. Everyone here Lisa, Mark, and Jacqualyn are awesome! They truly do care about their residents, and if something does goes wrong. They are very quick at having it fixed. They like to here my opinions and how I feel, and never make me feel like a bother when needing their help. They by far are the best landlords that I have had! I look forward to continuing to do
business with them!

Lisa Herendeen did an amazing job with helping me prep and sell the home I grew up in. It was difficult to say goodbye to my parents home of 41 years. Lisa gave me some great advice on improvements that I could make to the home in order to increase my chances of finding a buyer. The first day that it was listed we had 2 offers and we ended up having to decide between multiple buyers. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge Lisa provided. Lisa, all of her staff and the title company she recommended were wonderful to work with...they made it easy and stress-free selling my home. Lisa gave wonderful advice about what I should focus on in order to sell quickly. I have never sold a home before and wasn't sure how the process goes. Lisa was very responsive to ALL my questions...and there were many!! No matter when I emailed or texted, she responded very quickly and explained everything in detail. Lisa Herendeen was responsive to the many buyers. She was a problem solver as we ran into issues. We were remote sellers which led to her and her husband managing many repair vendors for us. She was straight forward, honest and reasonable. Her advice was sound and not pushy. We had a good result!

This company is a scam!!!!. It is not a serious company. I left leaving everything in order and this lady Jaqueline took more than 50% of the deposit for herself when I had already left everything in order. She hired a company to just clean a fan for $250. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy or rent from them.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would happily pay for the privelege. I spent a year getting endlessly run around and finessed by Lisa and Mark, lying about work they were never doing, only to have them finally pull the listing so they can wait and relist it at a higher rent. This is a company of folks that will lie to your face with a smile, and I would urge the good people of Melbourne to take their business elsewhere.
