The worst experience we have ever had! She was the selling realtor and advised the sellers to take all appliances, key less door locks and light fixtures upon leaving.
We came in and everything was gone and what was replaced was broken and disgusting. She was completely rude through our whole VA process.
We had to wait two weeks for them to send washers and dryers back per our contract but we’re older versions and nothing the same.
She then left the keyless door lock on our house for 2 months after the process.
She stated she did not care and did what was best to get her clients the best deal. We had to call the realtors association.
Thanks for treating us this way for your deal, here’s a heads up for the next people.
