My Mother and I have been with Realnet Property Management for the past 2 years, and I must say Heather and the team have really gone out of their way to assist us in any way they can.

There will always be those normal headaches of living in a home where appliances etc. fail, and you're inconvenienced. I'm sure it takes time to get things fixed because there are so many tenants for them to help. However, when we reach out to Heather in our time of need, I can honestly say she will not hesitate to make sure our needs are taken care of as soon as possible. She also works with us whenever we notify her of a financial challenge.

Some say it's better to own a home vs renting. Originally, my Mother, along with my older Brother (whom passed away several years ago) and I, had inherited my Grandparents house. Although we loved the home, it was very hard for us to maintain due to it's age. Eventually, we had to let it go.

When we became renters, the beauty was no longer having to worry about the hassles that come with owning a home, and we feel this is the best option for us. Realnet Property Management truly is a great company to rent from, and we look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Applied through this company. It was quick an easy. I did not qualify due to my lack of rental history but their application and leasing process is fast. The prices are much cheaper than most too. The person I dealt with was very nice and helpful. They will be seeing another application next year if things do not go well where I'm at.

I've been with Realnet Property Management as a property owner since 2012, and it's been the smoothest, best service from a Property Management company I've ever experienced.

Not once in the last 8 years, have I seen my rental property or had to deal with any negative situations that a typical landlord would incur.
