These guys have taken huge unnecessary fines from agents. Then they increased their fines when they knew they were selling off the company which is completely unethical. They are now taking the money and running and will get continuous shares of running a past company unethically. They never adhered to any of agents important requests for corrections to the MLS and it didn't matter if they made mistakes. But as soon as an agent made any minor error they fined them HUGE amounts of money. Completely unethical and unprofessional.

Several employees whom answer the phone are often on hard to hear systems which is very unprofessional, especially for the price we pay for support. Fix the search page amongst money other issues. Every time they "fix" something it tends to work much more difficultly. After tons of agent complaints they'll do nothing about it. Then their fees are COMPLETELY outrageous! We work so incredibly hard as agents out there paying our own way for everything, then one slight error and they're taking part of the commission. So it's ok for them to make errors and do nothing about it, but if we do we are heavily fined. If there was another MLS I would be highly entertained to switching over.

Trisha from the support team was excellent to work with. I inactivated my license at the end of the year; they made the process to cancel my account and get a refund easy. I was expecting a terrible experience, given how this process usually works. Nice that it appears to be painless for once.

How is it that a company that has one purpose can never manage to keep their website working and every time they make upgrades it becomes less user friendly than other real estate websites. It's only saving grace is that all listing on the site are guaranteed to be real...when the site works. Do your selves a favor and copy the ease of use of your competition.

Like the many other reviews of this company am very displeased with their poor business practices. When you allow for a monthly fee system, you should be allowed to cancel at any time. Rather, you can only cancel if you switch to another MLS system or put your license with a brokerage like Park and Refer. If REColorado wanted to nearly make it impossible to quit their services, then you should only charge a yearly membership in which you don't get reimbursement for. They will charge you $100 to sign up again to register if you want to use their services in the future which should be a discouragement enough to not quit them unless you are serious about your decision. Such a terribly run business from a company that has a monopoly on the service as it is.

Ever since that wonderful Customer Services Rep Mike left the company, quality service and professionalism seems to have taken a turn for the worse. If I have to deal with that Chyanne again it will be too soon. She was unable to help with my TELNET modem connection and constantly sneered at me. How rude!
I have added a photo of what I image a good recolorado service rep should look like. Your customers (like Lisa Merritt) will appreciate it. Smack 'em around a little Leesa. Cheers and happy Halloween!

This service is fabulous. It is far more reaching than what we had available to us through MLS prior to Matrix, and the support crew has been extremely courteous and very helpful in educating me in the past on several questions that I have had, and never demeaning in spite of the rather simple issues that I lobbed at them. The reports available to us are also extremely helpful and my clients are impressed by the information that I am able to provide them, and the professionalism in their design. Keep up the good work!

We met with Trevor and Rexanne (Rexanne via phone) of The Rexanne Kohler Team LLC and agreed to list our house quite quickly (within days of meeting). We scheduled photos, put up a lock box, and were sent the listing agreement forms. My wife and I spent many hours, while juggling two small children, preparing the house for pictures and sale. After sending back the forms with comments to Trevor, they immediately withdrew their willingness to list our home, cancelled the photos less than two hours before they were scheduled, and wouldn't give any sort of reasonable explanation for their sudden and arguably questionable decision to no longer work with us. In my entire real estate career, I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. Highly recommend finding another firm more willing to partner with you
