I cannot give enough stars for Red Door! I found them while looking for a new home on Facebook Marketplace and initially looked at a smaller unit but then went on their website and found the one we ended up moving into. The pricing was great, the apartment is wonderful and the ladies in the office are so attentive and friendly. I have a 3 year old daughter who had to come with my husband and I to sign our lease paperwork and Miss Gabby played with her for upwards of an hour and my little one still talks about her to this day! Helana and Amanda are both so personable and really walk you through the entire process of what you're signing and why and what you're paying for and why as well. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would! Thank you all again for helping us get into our new home and the great experience thus far!

Absolutely worst people I have ever met. They are completely unprofessional, call you names, and try to claim things are in the lease that are NOT. They stated my lease had a secrion in which it said blinds needed to be repaired within 7 days or you get a fee, but the lease said before you moved out. My ac did not work properly the entire year i lived under red door i made multiple work orders and let them know multiple times it was not working properly AND I was paying over 300 dollars due to it always running, they said it was blowing air so they wouldn't fix it. The weekend before hurrican milton the air conditioner finally fully broke, would not turn on at all. Red door said they would drive me out a portable ac but then said they cant theres no gas and i wouldnt have power anyways. They never fixed the ac while i was living there. The lease states youll get charged so much from your deposit for professional cleaning, flea and tick treatment etc. They charged over that. Please find another management company and dont go through the pain we had to.

Edit: Thank you for replying and procing unprofessional you are falsely accusing me of having an unauthorized tenant. I paid 500 as a pet deposit and was still charged more money for "repairs". The mutple times nobody fixed my ac because it was blowing air all the technicians said it was DIEING. The apartment stayed 80 degrees no matter what temperature it was set at. Then the ac completely went out would not turn on at all and like i said it was never fixed nobody ever even came to look at it. Nobody brought the portable ac nothing.

Wanted to share that this is one of the best Property Management Companies out there! They are very attentive to the renters’ needs and address issues immediately. Plus, they always have someone who picks up the office calls for your daily operational questions. I would recommend any potential future client to review the ratings and comments of any Management Company before actually renting. You will find that they make all the difference in your residential experience at that establishment. There are plenty of horror stories associated with Mgmt Companies, but I can declare that Red Door does not generate them. They make your stay pleasant and address every day needs like washing machines being fixed, parking with proper permitting, etc. Just wanted to share.

The Red Door Team is by far the best one I’ve ever dealt with. They walked me thru everything with renting my first apartment because I literally had no idea what I was doing. They taught me what to do and what not to do for my best interest. They deserve 10 stars!!! The whole team is amazing and each of them have been so supportive throughout my entire time renting. As long as I’m living in Florida and they can assist me, I’ll continue to follow them! Thanks for all you do ladies!

I’ve been with red door for awhile now. They’re all very nice! Autumn comes out monthly for our inspection and pest control and we absolutely love her!!! She’s the sweetest. All of my maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. We appreciate them!

Not very nice on the outside but very comfortable inside. I have not had any issues with the neighbors that couldn’t be talked out. They have monthly pest control so I don’t have issues with bugs/rodents at all. Once a service request is made they send someone very quickly to handle the issue. That’s what I like the most about living here. For the price you definitely can’t complain.

Property Management that cares. Any issues are taken care of beyond my satisfaction. I plan to live here for a very long time. I can't say enough good about Amanda. She maintains professionally at the same time looked out for me as a friend. The property is kept up. I put in a work order reference my fridge and had a new one right away. Very pleased to be a tenant for almost 2 years already.

I have rented quite a few apartments in my life being in the hospitality industry and moving quite a bit. I have never had a management company that is as great as Red Door Investment! Amanda and her team are responsive and always available. I love my studio downtown in the heart of St Cloud.
