Staff needs to be reminded that the morning sun coming in the windows is what is heating up the office. She argued with me, a client, that lowering the blinds, which would HELP cool the office, and lower Regus's electric bill, would mess up the ac. Did she take physics in school? I pushed back on this, since she is wrong. Then she resorted to "this area is for the enjoyment of everyone", to an empty room, other than myself, again a client. Then the lady raised the blinds and let the morning sun, with all of its infra-red heating, back into the space. Who ever is setting policy at this location needs to have a long talk with her about priorities and physics, and why it is soooo important to win in an argument with a client.

We are a contracted office space on an annual contract with Regus. The views are amazing for the location in the valley, especially the lounge/reception area. The staff at our location is friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this location to anyone who needs an office space!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to book another office because I was told our office was having a fire alarm. Because the number of reservations exceeded the five per month in my membership, I was charged almost $120. This is even after canceling the reservation with the original office that was having a fire alarm. They refuse to honor the cancellation. There are many hidden charges and they have horrible customer service.

Don't try to visit for lounge access. Might be nice for a regular office.

TINY lounge included someone sleeping at the only table and the receptionist socializing. 4 seats at one table is the only option. Walked in, walked out.

As a former paying customer of Regus, was falsely charged with no refund for $144. Called in cancelled my account after being refused a refund. Was then charged another $688 after cancelling my account. Truly the worst service I've ever experienced hands down. No management, very sleazy sales and very poor sales team (Sherman Oaks) very very professionally disappointed on all levels. Get it together Regus.

These people are a scam and will try to rip you off any which way they can, they will over-charge you, lie to you and mislead you. When you try to get a straight answer they give you the run around, when you try to cancel they also ignore it and to find out weeks or months later that you are still being charged and they state that "your email of cancelling wasn't the right way, or they didn't take that as your cancellation" you have to go on their website to cancel, which was never disclosed. If you want a headache then i suggest you sign yourself up for one with Regus.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the service provided by Regus at this location - Kara, Melanie et. al. have been really accommodating and responsive to my firm's needs.
