The rental properties I have stayed at over the last few years have been nice but the problem is Vacasa. Last year's rental was a disaster. We opened the door, kids run in and back out and inform me that the place wasn't cleaned. The cleaners never came after the previous renters left. It was disgusting to walk into someone else's living conditions. Called Vacasa and their customer service is horrible. They sent cleaners hours later who prepare the place in a hurry. We had spent day 1 cleaning the home. My rental this year was amazing. Had one issue locating the pool key and it took Vacasa 2 days to respond. I won't rent any properties managed by Vacasa - not worth the hassle or the $200 credit they'll give you on a 3-4k weekly rental.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless when we arrived and nicely decorated. The appliances were top notch in the kitchen. The TVs had all necessary channels and there were plenty of charging stations for devices. It was in a great location to every place you’d want to go. Having the Park and Ride buses across the street were very convenient. I’d stay there again!

Wonderful family vacation
This is our third visit to Rehoboth and our family loved this home. It’s tastefully decorated, well equipped and thoughtfully laid out with bathrooms in each bedroom! The pool provided hours of late afternoon entertainment for our 3 grandchildren. The team from Vacasa provided timely reminders and ongoing information with quick responses to any questions. Would highly recommend and and looking at dates for 2025! Thanks for a great vacation!

We love this house! The location was perfect. The neighbors were very welcoming. The house was one floor with plenty of space especially the screen in porch! It was equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic GF weekend!

This house was fantastic. All the finishes and spaces are well done and very modern but cozy. Love the 3-season room. Kitchen well-stocked with supplies for cooking (pots, pans, utensils, tools, plates, cups). Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved how clean and spacious the place was and everything was on one level. They had basically everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The one thing I didn’t like was the noise from the people upstairs. I was awakened each morning by a little kid running across the floor, screaming. I could also hear whenever someone was peeing or showering as if they were in our bathroom! But overall we enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect for a family beach getaway!
The place was comfortable, clean, and well apportioned. We were near the beach with benefit of a pool. It was quiet and safe and totally family-friendly. We had a really great time.

Beautiful home with tons of amenities. We had 8 and were not crowded at all. Rooms were big, kitchen had anything we could possibly need and there were even bikes and beach chairs in the garage for our use. Short drive to the beach but there was plenty of parking so that was not an issue. Highly recommend!
