Nick was great, this was our 4th experience with him. He was consistent in each transaction, he was punctual, patient, knowledgeable, informative, kind, and genuine.

As a buyer, he took us for days on end to find just the right home, and as a seller, he helped us price our home, he showed up early for showings, staging the house, and turning on lights. When the showing was over and the clients left he locked up and turned all the lights off and gave us daily reports.

On our last transaction, he even went above and beyond and help me to sell my golf cart since I lived out of state!!

She is excellent at advising you what to do to prepare for the sale and to get ready to present your home if you are selling. Her team is excellent as an example, the photographer's photos were top notch. She had a list of electricians, plumbers, roofers, ect when needed.
