Buyer/Seller beware. Would mark 0 stars if I could. This group is only in it for their benefit. Made an offer this place listed. Offer was accepted but when we went to inspect/review the house/documents, it was discovered the property had a major issue the listing agent had missed. Instead of making it right, as the seller wished, the agent pressed us to back out as she had a backup offer. No effort to make it right, no effort to properly update the listing accurately after discovery. We had to back out, costing us thousands in inspection/legal fees and the seller had to take a lower value. If that is how you wish your house selling/buying experience to go, then this is the place for you.

Al Detmer was our agent when we bought our house in Greeley, Colorado. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and an all around great agent. Al was also our selling agent when we sold our home in Colorado. He was an excellent agent on the purchase, so we definitely wanted his expertise when selling! He gave us sound advice, and we were able to get a great price for our home when it sold. Al went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. He made the process easier than I could have imagined. He was with us every step of the way. I would recommend Al to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions and looked out for our best interests. He helped us retain our mineral rights, which I knew nothing about! You really need a great agent like Al to help with one of your biggest purchases and with the sale of your biggest asset! We didn't know Al prior to our home purchase, but he turned out to be a wonderful agent to work with. After 12 years of knowing him, we are pleased to call Al our friend! A coworker of mine at the time we were looking for a home recommended I call him. I could not be more pleased that I took my coworker's suggestion and made that call to Al!

Suoer unhelpful! Called to get info on a listing in my neighborhood and they definitely did not want to be on the phone helping me. I even explained I was just starting my own home buying process but this was like telling a brick wall. I'll be sure to put my time into a different company while home buying

Was stood up for our meeting at an office were the parking lot was full of cars yet keep office doors locked with no front desk attendant nor did agent wait by doors at appointment time. Lacks care and professionalism
