Christian Duhaime at RE/MAX Consultants Realty 1 was absolutely terrific in helping us with the purchase of a vacation property in Pompano Beach. I had contacted him in the midst of our travels to Florida on a weekend, and by Monday morning we were looking at the property of interest. Within a few days an agreement was reached, and we were on our way. He was very on top of things, and even did a remote walkthrough for us the day before closing so that we could get comfort that there were no surprises (his suggestion, not ours). We would highly recommend Christian to anyone looking for a realtor!

I have done over 10 real estate deals in my life and Margarita Hernandez the owner/broker is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Thinks she knows it all, and not interested at all in hearing your point. Also does not know what the word negotiate means! She has a very bad and flippant attitude making me think she could care less if you buy or not! So run the other way and get anybody...but her!

Please please please do not give your personal information to these people. They sell it to data aggregating companies and you will receive an endless stream of phone calls and emails for properties you do not own. Super unethical. I have called, emailed and researched how to stop the harassment but I can't find an answer. Save yourself the trouble that will follow you for YEARS if you do business with them.
