A fellow #GoldNation office. I was in Woodland on my #REMAXhustle finalizing details for a pending escrow and desperate to fax documents off to New York before noon. Nicole Giribaldi, a most fabulous face of RE/MAX GOLD, was there to assist and save my day! Met a few colleagues grounded in the area and had a few laughs. Good people are doing great business within the firm we all are proud to represent. Thanks, RE/MAX Woodland, for your wonderful hospitality.

I've been in real estate, lending, commercial development, all things in the industry for 35 years now, and this July, I'll have been with RE/MAX for the last 5 years. For the first 30 years, one thing I never ever experienced was the collaboration between offices and agents to act as a TEAM even if they worked for the same brokerage. Agents in general are very competitive and don't help one another, and Leadership failed to have a policy in place that dictated that an Admin in any office should assist an agent in need from a different office. It seemed very counterintuitive to me as that simply translated to not doing what is in the best interest of the client.

However, at RE/MAX GOLD Leadership has absolutely fostered a community of team spirit and leaning into each other for support. They encourage us as agents to collaborate and have an open door policy at all our dozens of offices.

So, I need to give a huge shout-out to Vanessa that has been added to the Admin Team in Woodland. Once again, saving my day from certain failure.

On my way to hosting a Broker Open in Monument Hills, on March 14th, I couldn't get my materials to print in my own office. I sent her an email with the attachments and if she could print them super fast while I was en route. She did her thing. I had the materials picked up a few minutes later.. and had an incredibly successful Broker Open with nearly 40 Realtors in attendance. With TEAM WORK, we made the DREAM WORK!

It's important to work with (and for) a brokerage that provides the best culture and support to its agents. It allows us to provide the very best service to our clients. RE/MAX GOLD is killing it on this front, I don't know of any other firm that can match this firm's commitment to that end.
