You expect your real estate agents to have top-notch customer service skills and be able to manage all the little things when it comes to buying homes. When it comes to this team, hire elsewhere.
We moved from out of state and depended on them to be the eyes and ears, look out for our interests, and ensure things were in order when we moved.

There were plumbing issues we had previously addressed that were dismissed at closing, resulting in 10's of $$$ in re-piping the whole house. This group could not even make sure an entire city owned recycle bin full of shrubs and concrete left by the sellers was removed. Even the remotes for ceiling fans, A/C wall control, security system, and doorbell were missing... even more $ to replace basic items. When called to help rectify the situation, the response... call your lawyer. Clearly looking out for the comp checks and nothing else.
I'd stay away from this group.

I bought my first home with RE/MAX Preferred on St. Pete Beach. My agent was outstanding from start to finish. Always made sure that I was getting the best deal possible, and if an issue came up he made sure that it was resolved quickly and to my liking. They're great negotiators. I couldn't have done the transaction with out them. If you are looking for the most professional, seasoned agents, then look no further than RE/MAX Preferred on St. Pete Beach. I won''t use anyone else when buying or selling property!

I visited the St Petersburg Beach area around April. I loved the area, beaches, restaurants, downtown and liked the community. I wanted to check home availability as I am now retired. I along with my girlfriend stopped at Re/Max to speak with a representative there. Wonderful experience and spent time with Shana Story. She is fantastic as a realtor as well as a wonderful person. Looking to purchase in this area ? Stop by and check this place out. You will not be disappointed.
I have not purchased a place yet as I own a place on the east coast of Florida and own a place in Maine. I do not believe you will find a better real estate team in the area.

RE/MAX Preferred is the place to go to for any of your real estate needs. Such a great team of agents and the broker really knows her stuff, as she has been in the business for 30+ years. I highly recommend them.

Diana Sames is an awesome Real Estate Agent! I have used her a couple times. When we first bought in Florida, she went out of her way to make sure everything went smooth. On our most recent transaction, when there was a problem, Diana was right there to help us again. She really went above and beyond what you would expect to help us. In this situation, she was an angel sent from heaven in a time of need.

RENTERS AND BUYERS BEWARE!!! Don't believe all the hype about the Team at RE/MAX, it is false. They promise the world and then do nothing. Not only due they violate your tenant rights, they will continually harass you when you refuse to engage with their unprofessional and malicious behavior.

I was missing items from my home and suspected that it was the realtor. Upon installing cameras, I found out that she indeed was entering my residence without notice or permission and for no reason other than I wasn't responding to her texts. She would reach out daily sometimes because she wanted to make sure I didn't abandon the residence. Do these people understand some of us work long hours? Where in my lease does it state I'm obligated to keep in touch about my personal affairs with my realtor?

After calling the authorities to make a police report, when asked why she entered the property without notice, she gave several false reasons and the retaliation began. Shortly after, she posted a 7 day notice of non compliance. I was appalled!

RE/MAX's office staff are courteous when you call and don't really seem to know anything that is going on. They offer to call back but never do. My opinion is that, like I did, people list and rent with them because of all the advertising they do and claim to be great at selling and renting homes. That is not true! You are left to feel like just a number in a school of a million. I would NOT recommend them.

The ONLY positive thing that I can say is that they don't hold you to a listing or rental contract which is great, because they are terrible. That way you can easily get away from them.

Again, beware, if you are thinking of listing your home or renting with the Team from RE/MAX on St. Pete Beach. Unless you want your realtor checking in on you for NO REASON, walking into your home without knocking, without notice or without probable cause, and then retaliating when you refuse to respond.

Lastly, St. Pete Beach REMAX Team, here is a refresher on Florida Civil Practice and Procedure between the landlord and tenant.

(2) The landlord may enter the dwelling unit at any time for the protection or preservation of the premises. The old joke of "where did you get your license, a cracker jack box," is nothing but ON POINT when describing Remax's very own Debby Logal. Everything that she says, don't take with a grain of salt, take it with the entire bottle of salt. I was lied to countless times about things that would be done about a house she pushed me to rent, that I did not want to rent. She promised me that the landlord was extremely good, reliable and courtious. Not only did she put me with a landlord that refused to fix things, everything that was promised before move in, was not even completed and I was told "Yeah, the landlord isn't going to do that". For 3 months, I had a landlord that was disrespectful, refused to fix things that broke, lied to me, showed up unnannounced and spied on me. I have perfect credit, maintain lawn perfectly and am not some trailer trash renter. After 3 months of lies, promises not met, repairs ignored and arguing with Debby and the landlord, we all decided to mutually walk away. Debby does not listen to any of your needs, concerns or even cares. I've never in almost 40 years, had such an awful experience with a landlord or a realtor. Renting or buying, put your trust, money, and time with an agent that REPRESENTS you! Don't waste your time with Debby Logal, she's worse than a used car salesman. End result with my experience with Debby and the person she represents, court. Look elsewhere for an agent. Let someone who respects you earn your hard earned cash.
