We were connected to Lindsey after needing to move to Mansfield for work from California. Originally we asked for her support with a rental, which she was glad to help with. She navigated the cross-country communication with ease.

We quickly realized we would be better off buying a home in the area than renting and she pivoted quickly with us. She immediately let us know about the local market and filled us in on important information (e.g. crumbling concrete concerns, radon). She helped line up multiple viewings and coordinated with family we had locally to see homes. We were grateful that she allowed us to make our first impressions and then shared what her thoughts were on a property (and her insights were always spot on). She thoughtfully helped us craft offers, keeping in mind the trends and expectations of the local market, and once we had an offer connect us to knowledgeable, honest companies to conduct inspections (e.g. water, septic, etc.).
