They do not have their clients best interest at heart. Their responsibility was to watch for my best interest. Specially Christine East. The best thing they could have done if you couldn’t find a home in good shape was to tell me there was nothing in my budget and I would have gone to rent an apartment.
I am a single mother with only one income. My family gave me the money for the down payment and I feel like I just took it and threw it in the trash. Now it is likely I will have to get a second job because I highly doubt that the fraudulent home warranty she suggested was going to pull through since they didn’t even answer the phone.
She just wanted a commission regardless of consequences to the buyer.

Stay away!! This brokerage is full of lies and very sneaky. Especially Michele Corriveau. She listed a home that couldn’t be sold because it was in pre-foreclosure. She never disclosed this to us the buyer! She had us move into the home without ever telling us what was going on and told us we could move in and start making renovations asap because we would close in 2 weeks. It was all a lie when we received paperwork from the court stating the home was in pre-foreclosure. Michele is a LiAr she lied the whole time and was never ethical. She’s sneaky stay away

Horrible don't use this company. I used their property management side and the can not manage. They paid a contractor 2x. I had to fight with them to get them to look at paperwork. I reached out to broker and she never returned my calls. She was not interested in solving the problem at all. All she did was send or allowed and email sent to my boss. What does my boss have to due with my vacation home that her company is suppose to be managing.? Asked for security back and still no clear answers. Don't use this company! Its the same broker owner. Did not want to resolve the problem Lindsay Sanger. If she allowed that for one company she will allow for both of her companies.

Tony Granato was and is my real estate agent. He is highly professional and has my respect. I would recommend anyone to work with Tony if they are looking to buy or sell a home. Tony was always willing to be available when I was wanting to view a home. I purchase my home through Tony and he made me feel he had my interest first when it came to buying right. I consider him a good friend and hope others will call on him for their housing needs.

Dishonest and greedy. Worst agents I've ever dealt with in 30+ year of real estate. Serious ethical issues at this place. Putting greed and profit over their clients 'best interest' (per article 1 of their RE ethics code) ... I had to file an ethical complaint vs one of their agents and their manger did nothing to fix it only tried and skirt / deflect the problem.
