DO NOT RENT, KNOWINGLY RENT UNSANITARY UNITS. MOVED INTO RAT AND INSECT INFESTATION. NO COMMUNICATION, NO ACCOUNTABILITY REASON GIVEN: OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS. NEIGHBOR HAS RAT INFESTATION DUE TO LARGE HOLE BEHIND STOVE. OVER A WEEK NO EXTERMINATOR NO LANDLORD TO PATCH HOLE. RENTER LEFT ACCOUNTABLE.

Had an amazing experience renting a fully furnished home with Western Home Builders and the experience was great from start to finish. I had to rent the home blind, so they made it super accommodating and was very flexible with me. Rarely had any issues in the home, but when I did, Caren was there immediately to fix the problem! Great team of people and definitely a great experience!

Rent is through the roof the sewer system and water supply is not well. They still things the people that work on the property still property . And they cut down all the trees that were providing shade yeah it looks clear but it's ugly

Terrible staff, tried to apply for a property and one staff member told me one thing but then got a call from another one contradicting them. They also raised one of the properties rent by almost 200% from $900 to $1,700 in the span of 2 months because they looked up the BAH increase. LEACHES!
