Bonnie May not only helped me to buy this house, she also helped me to sell it when the time was right. She has made both experiences as seamless and painless as possible through her optimal knowledge of the market. Bonnie kept me on track for deadlines in a thoroughly professional way. She reminded me not only to be certain to cancel utilities at the home I was selling but Also kindly reminded me about turning utilities On at my new home. She didn't have to do that as the new home wasn't her sale. She's that good.

Bonnie Robinson was our realtor and neighbor. She was unresponsive, unprofessional, and she did absolutely nothing to market our home. Bonnie received an email on July 29th that someone (incorrectly) placed a lien on our house, but she did not relay that information to us until August 7th. I have time and date stamped emails documenting this, and all Bonnie could say was “today is the first I’m seeing this.” She forwarded the email with July 29th as the date she received it - so either she is a liar, or she is so unorganized it’s painful.

I had to insist on the professional photo shoot, which she cancelled and then had to reschedule AFTER our listing was live on MLS.

Bonnie did not schedule any showings, we did. Bonnie refused to schedule an open house, which we requested at least 3 times. Then, after we accepted an offer, Bonnie listed her own house - in the same neighborhood - for the same price as the offer we accepted.

Bonnie was only looking for a comp for her house, from the first day we talked with her. Unfortunately, hindsight is 20/20. Avoid Resident Realty and avoid Bonnie Robinson at all possible costs.

Not only because the company only charge a very reasonable transaction fee from the agents, but also all the managers are the best! Being helpful and super patient to explain each time when I need them for professional suggestions! Unlike many other brokers focus on get an unreasonable share of commission! I am very happy that I switched!

I switched brokerages a year ago from your typical 25% split office. I now only pay $50 a month and $300 a transaction and I get more support I ever received from my old office! They pay for CSS, dotloop, and we can use the private offices any time as well as get free copies. The managing broker is a great person and always willing to help train. I wish I would have made the switch years ago.
