Es un lugar muy lindo y organizado, queda entre 15 y 30 minutos de los parques de Disney y Universal. Las cosas son muy muy lindas! Por cierto el parque de agua está en remodelacion desde agosto 2024.

We are currently staying at 7650 Whisper Way. This unit has not been maintained at all. All of the furniture is stained. All of the cabinetry has water damage. The dishwasher is unusable due to being covered in rust. The closet door does not close. The trash can was filthy when we arrived. When I complained I was told that most of these issues were normal wear and tear and that someone would be out to fix the other issues. As far as I can tell, the only thing they fixed was a stain on the side of the chair. I would not recommend. The pictures on the website do not reflect the condition of the unit.

Updating this review.... We have now had maintenance people her entering our unit each day of our vacation. They have not fixed anything. In fact, they have made the problems worse. The master bedroom closet sill does not close. They painted over the mold in there and must have been sanding in there because my clothing and luggage are covered in dust. The dishwasher is still covered in rust and unusable, They tried to clean the stains on the furniture and left everything wet. We had sheets over the furniture so we could sit on it and not be grossed out, now we cannot even do that. This place is disgusting. Nothing is maintained at all. For you to tell me to call the customer service number and speak to management is a joke. You know who I am, if you wanted to make this right, you would be reaching out to me.

This is the second time we have used and stayed at Reunion Vacation Homes. The company themselves are extremely tentative and responsive. We did have a few issues with the villa, once reported and logged they were dealt with within 48hrs. Although one item remained unfixed during our visit - this did not affect our stay.
The villa did need a bit of TLC, maybe a bit of paint here and there along with a few things being tightened up.
Overall the day was lovely and it will not stop us using and staying at Reunion.
