While Kyle was doing a Zoom call on the property for my wife who was unable to attend in person, I chatted with the host broker. He told me that the Richardsons were among a very small group of Santa Barbara brokers with the highest levels of both knowledge and integrity. I couldn’t agree more with that broker.
