27 Beavers Drive exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at cabins on Shock Hill for the last several years, but when we saw the picture of the bear in the foyer of this cabin, the whole family laughed and immediately agreed this was worth trying. This is our new favorite cabin. The bedrooms are all spacious with en suites and are all completely separated from one another. The pool table, ping table, sauna, hot tub, and easy access to 4 O’Clock Run made by his such a memorable trip. Perfect location to ski out of and to be dropped off by the city bus 2 minutes away at the Breckenridge Nordic Center. The customer service by the rental agency was superb. Exceptional communication! 5 STARS across the board!

It was perfect. We had our sons and their wives. Everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil etc needed to cook meals. The view was amazing. True ski in ski out. 20 minute walk into the middle of town. It was very clean and organized. River Ridge was super quick to respond to any questions. Very friendly. Honestly if we were looking for something to improve-brighter lights or more lighting! That’s how great it is when lights are our only improvement ( not really a complaint)! We will absolutely be renting again n the future. Picture is from the deck.

Amazing! Estate at Baldy Ridge. Stayed here with kids and grandkids. 20 of us total. Game room a big hit. Kitchen very well appointed with appliances, utensils, plates, etc. Extra large hot tub big plus in the winter. Communication before, during, and after was exceptional. Large home with plenty of private space. Couple of things to work on. 2 fireplaces not working. Tub and shower in main floor master need attention.

This home was amazing!! Great location to Main Street & ski lift. Our family truly enjoyed the comfortable setting. Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub easy access. Fire places throughout. Elevator was handy once we were suited for the slopes. Communication outstanding from start to finish. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Had a great stay at Merry Moose Lodge - My second time staying there. Great floor plan. Spent lots of time in the cozy great room with the fireplace going. The hot tub was a hit with all the family. I liked the location, between Frisco and Breckenridge which gave us more options when we went out at night. Will likely be back next year

The house is well equipped.
From dishes, pots and pans to bedding.
Plenty of extra space.
I would reserve again and also recommend to others.
My only negative comment is the treadmill, weights and sauna area. Based on the advertisement photos you would assume the treadmill was accessible but while in the house i asked for the code to use it and they informed me it was not for guests.
I would recommend they state that up front.
Otherwise our experience was great.

Our experience with River Ridge Rentals was exceptional from start to finish. They were so very accommodating as we were in a pinch to book a larger house within two weeks of our stay, and it couldn't have worked better. Their pre-check-in communications and their checking in throughout our stay was much appreciated. It's great to deal with organizations who still understand world-class customer service. We go to Breckenridge often and will surely rent from River Ridge again.
