This past summer we did a full-day self-guided UTV trip with Rocky Mountain Adventure Rentals, and it was an unforgettable experience! The equipment was top-notch, and the included GPS made navigating the trails a breeze. The scenery along the way was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain views at every turn.

Our family had a blast exploring the area and creating memories that will last a lifetime. The team at Rocky Mountain Adventure Rentals was friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed for a safe and fun adventure.

Quick efficient check-in. Craig was very knowledgeable and experienced explaining all of the details to us. Easy to follow Trail and a great experience for our group…… We even saw a black bear 🙂

Did a self guided UTV, half day through Four Mile North RZR Loop just outside of Buena Vista. Perfect adventure with great views, nice trails, and wildlife. Even saw a moose. Staff was super. Many thanks to John, Lexi, and Tony.

The staff at BV Jeep Rentals was welcoming, courteous and professional. We had called another rental outfit prior to BV and did not get the same vibe. Granted we did a full day rental last minute but BV’s staff was extremely helpful. John gave us great advice on which trails to consider based on our experience and time constraints and the 4-door automatic Jeep we received had no issues traversing the extraordinarily rough terrain. My only regret was that we only had one day. Our next adventure with BV will not be soon enough. Thank you to John and all that assisted us!

First, kudos to the folks at RMAR, they were all very nice and easy to work with. They made our experience most enjoyable. We had reserved a two door Wrangler stick, but the one they had was missing the back curtain, so they generously gave us a four door 2011 with 35" tires - no other mods I could see - probably 3:51:1 axles.= as it was the Sport model. I have owned a 2010 Rubi Unlimited and a 2014 Rubi Unlimited and found this one to be seriously under powered compared to those.

We did Tin Cup Pass and it proved quite sufficient to the task. The trail is rated difficult in the book we bought AFTER we drove it. The only problem was that it kept throwing ABS errors intermittently. All in all, the experience was good, but the Jeep would have actually been better with good quality, smaller tires or geared down axles.

Again, The folks there are great to work with.

We were planning a trip up to Mosquito Pass. Originally there would be 3 of us but possibly 7 total. I had called Rocky Mountain Adventure Rentals in Buena Vista letting them know we were interested but wasn't sure how many vehicles or what exact day. After calling 4-5 times with too many questions to count, I finally had a definite date and decision on vehicles. These people are so patient and knowledgeable!
We ended up with a jeep and a side by side. What a FANTASTIC experience!
Not only was Mosquito Pass everything we expected but RMAR helped to make the adventure even better!

We had such a blast on the half day ATV adventure with John as our guide! Everyone in our party of 6 thought it was the most fun we’ve had in our many years visiting BV. The views were amazing and saw a variety of landscapes throughout the ride. The ATVs were so fun and exciting, a perfect mixture of a bit scary but also knowing we were safe. John shared all sorts of great ideas for places to visit around the area and was our photographer as an added bonus. Highly recommend!!

These guys rock! We rented 3 timbersleds and 2 mountain sleds on 1/30/2021 out of their Red Cliff, Co location. The equipment was top notch and we were lucky enough to hit perfect powder conditions. It had snowed 11" the night before getting there. I would highly recommend renting from RMAR and am planning to do a guided trip out of their Buena Vista, Co location in the near future.
