Interacting with the staff was seamless and pleasant. They were patient in addressing my questions, promptly sending documents via email, and assisting me with setting up my account. Occasionally, when tenants forgot to collect the trash cans on time, the staff would send a polite reminder via email. I greatly value the consistent communication from RowCal staff regarding upcoming community events and important announcements.

We have been with RowCal for about a year now, the transition to them was very smooth and being a large company, RowCal has a lot of resources that helps the community a ton.

Our community manager, Veronica P. has also done a fantastic job managing the countless issues that have come up in our community. She is responsive and professional and a problem solver, one of the best managers we've had in a long time!

Laureen Sutton is our property manager, and she provides substandard service, at best. Our monthly HOA assessment increased effective 1/1/2025. I made sure to adjust my bill pay, and the payment was sent 12/24/2025. I sent an email to her and the RowCal “care team” because they charged me a late fee on 1/9/2025. I included evidence from my bank of the payment with an estimated delivery date of 12/31/2024. Neither Sutton nor her “care team” responded, and the late fee remains on my account. Incompetent and unresponsive property management staff, at least here in Austin, TX.

Today, 1/13/2925, RowCal’s “care team” said they would be requesting a “one time courtesy waiver” for what they are calling my “late payment.” I told them I don’t want or need their “courtesy waiver” because my bank sent the payment, and the problem lies with their accounting team. I don’t want or need a waiver when I have done nothing wrong. The representative apparently doesn’t understand the meaning or courtesy waiver. I should be providing them with one. Horrible company. Stay away from RowCal.

My Neighborhood - Em Creek was using Pioneer Beck to handle the HOA responsibilities. They switched to RowCall. I pay the entire year of Dues (assessments) at the beginning of the year when I get my bill/ Statement. I haven't received a bill or statement to date for this year as yet. I did however received a letter stating my account was past due with a late fee added. This company obviously is a big step down from Pioneer Beck. I di send the a message stating I didn't receive my statement yet. I also asked for the late fee be removed as without a statement I would not know when payment needed to be made to avoid a late fee. We will see if they remove it. Extremely poor communication and customer service.

Rowcal took over my hoa, sent a letter about setting up payments with them. Had difficulty setting up and spend 6 months of unanswered calls after leaving messages to call back we got a text from someone saying to email and sent 2 no response, then 5 months later finally received a letter stating our almost $400. in fees and late payments with a temporary login code and to make a payment. This company is terrible and won't help you so they can charge late fees.
