Ruth Krishnan and her wonderful team recently handled the sale of our property in San Francisco and did a fabulous job. Every detail of the process was considered and managed efficiently from start to finish. Ruth and her team were extremely well-organized and presented us with a shared calendar, clear and detailed recommendations, and then tracking and execution of each item. It was like having our own project management team. Ruth was there for us at every step of the process and really made us feel like we were her highest priority and she seemed to truly enjoy the work and the process. Ruth was extremely thoughtful about our marketing and pricing strategy and could explain how each element fit together. This can be more art than science and she has great instincts. We often asked a lot of questions and Yesenia was able to answer them or get more information so we could be informed and educated when deciding whether to move forward with an offer. And when it came to writing offers, Yesenia listened to us and provided clear, detailed guidance to put us in the best position possible.

When we told sellers' agents we were working with Yesenia and The Krishnan Team, we were always met with positive reactions. And in the end, we know that Yesenia's integrity, exceptional reputation, and positive prior experience working with the agent who was selling the home we bought played a critical role in closing the deal.

As happy as we are to have found our home, we will miss working with Yesenia and The Krishnan Team! However, even after we closed and as we prepare settle into our new home, Yesenia and her colleagues continue to be helpful and generous with their time. We are beyond grateful for and impressed by all of Yesenia's hard work, patience, expertise, candor, and solid advice throughout this process.
