Ryan helped me buy my first home. He is an exceptional realtor and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness. When we found a home I liked, I told Ryan I was willing to offer asking price, but he negotiated a purchase price well below what I was willing to pay! 5 Star Service from Ryan and Vanessa! I listed and sold a home within a month - close of escrow 30 days after the first open house! Why use the OLD model of paying up to 6 % for a local "realtor"? Ryan will work for you. Don't get fooled into thinking that you need to pay a crazy amount to sell you home. Hire Ryan ... he helped as I moved out the day before the first open house. Ryan made sure my home was secure and worked hard to help with incidental issues until the home was sold.
