We were told to close our loan with Safe Harbor. At the closing we were assured that both spouses would be on title. When we received documents back that was not the case and they refused to fix it. Additionally when payments from closing went out they were returned multiple times by multiple companies for insufficient funds. This caused my home owners policy the have to be cancelled for not payment and reissued. I did speak with the owner on that issue, and she seemed to get right on it, but blamed the other companies. Seems weird that two different companies had the same issue with returned checks. These two issues have cost me lots of time on the phone trying to correct and a trip to the county to now fix the deed for our property. Would not recommend.

I have closed close to 100 transactions with Safe Harbor Title. Trinity the owner is bar none one of the best title professionals in Florida and has been instrumental in helping to cure even the most challenging title defects. So much show that one of the multinational companies I work with that has in-house council insists that Safe Harbor handle the title work in all of their Florida purchases.

Theresa made sure to keep on top of my documents while selling a condo in Fort Myers. While in the last weeks of the closing, the HOA said I had an assessment attach to the property. Long story short, I did not get all of the assessment back (but a good portion) from the HOA. She took the time to explain everything and kept on top of the management company. She went above and beyond during this transaction and is an asset to Safe Harbor Title Co. I look forward to working with her again.
