Salty Mermaid- Anna Maria Island Vacation Rental (Mia Bella).
Even before arriving to Mia Bella, the communication with both Bella and David was incredible. They both go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have prior to even booking. The entire process was incredibly flawless. The house was perfect for us- meticulously clean, plenty of towels and linens and an array of kitchen supplies for any type of cooking (a bbq too). There are multiple rinse stations throughout the exterior of the property and an outdoor shower; we loved this amenity, it helps keep the sand out of the house and clean!
The landscaping throughout the property is beautiful, take the time to go around and explore or watch the kayakers go by. You can launch your own kayaks directly from the house too! (If you need to rent kayaks, there are locations nearby- walking distance.)
We were only a family of 5, so we mostly used the main house, but this property would be great for 2 families! There are 2 separate kitchens, 2 family rooms, each family could have their own space.
This was the first time I could enjoy the pool with my family, the temperature was just perfect! (Usually they are way too cold for me.)
The location of the house was fabulous, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, you are walking distance from both the Gulf and bay beaches (we got to watch the sun rise and set everyday), the pier, endless restaurants and stores. We rented a golf cart and explored the entire island- it was awesome!
I can’t thank the Salty Mermaid enough for a wonderful, relaxing and perfect vacation at Anna Maria Island!

We had an amazing time at the rental property in Salty Mermaids on Anna Maria Island! The house was fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The quality of the home was top-notch, and the service we received was exceptional. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made our stay truly special. We loved our stay with The Salty Mermaid at the Sea 'Esta house on Anna Maria Island! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was in the perfect location, right a cross the road from the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. We brought our bikes and rode around town. The beds are comfortable, there is great water pressure in the showers, and it was super clean. Also, we experienced excellent customers service too. We highly recommend this company.

House was good. Could have used some hot pads for kitchen. A tv by the pool area would have been a great addition. Lots of sheets and towels were appreciated. House also had lots of beach chairs. Salty mermaid was great to work with. Jaime kept in contact and also was great to work with. The air conditioning did not work on day 1 but Jaime got someone in the following day

What a great stay at Zen Gardens. Beautiful home and pool and couldn’t ask for a better location. The house and amenities were wonderful. 1st time using Salty Mermaids and they were great. Definitely would rent this home again.

This was our First time using this rental company. Me and my family stayed at the Blue Pearl at AMI and it was absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t have asked for a better house and perfect location! Plenty of room and absolutely everything you need was in this home!! The pool was beautiful and my kids stayed in it! The beach was a short walk which I loved!! I’m not a morning person or a Walker lol but I got up early almost every morning and walked to the beach! By far this is the best place we have ever stayed! Salty Mermaid had everything clean and ready for us.. they called and checked in to make sure everything was good with our stay. They emailed me right before we arrived to let us know the pool needed some extra attention and they was aware and was sending the cleaners early. The pool cleaners came and got the filters cleaned and made sure the fountain was flowing properly. I would recommend using this rental company to anyone looking to stay at a beautiful beach!

We absolutely LOVED the Pineapple Cottage! We had plenty of room inside, but the outside was beyond amazing! Watched the NBA playoff games while enjoying the spa and pool! 7 ladies who played hoops together in the 80's on a getaway trip and loved it all. The location could not have been better. We rented bikes and never used the car. We booked for next year already. Thanks Salty Mermaid! 🙂

We stayed at the salty mermaid 2 for a 4 day weekend. Check in was nice and easy, a code was sent to my email to enter the property. There’s one parking spot, which was nice. The place is clean and decorated very nice. The beach is like 30 seconds from the front door, it’s amazing! It made it nice for bathroom breaks or restocking the cooler.
Several restaurants are nearby and within walking distance. The trolly stop is less than a block away. This place was perfect for the two of us. We will be coming back in the future.
