Code Enforcement does a terribly hard job, where almost nobody is glad to see them and even those they help aren't happy. I respect and appreciate those that work in Code Enforcement.

This Code Enforcement county is true joke, I’ve had to deal with neighbors having an illegal business for the past 3 years. Code enforcement sucks. The officer taking care of this case is Molly, which is nice. Spoke with Supervisor Natalie but still NOTING HAS BEEN DONE. Meanwhile I have to deal with such Neighbors who are running a business in a Residential Zoning area.

I have called in multiple times over construction starting early mornings. There is no code enforcement, they continue to say on the next violation. Pictures and videos have been sent and multiple times. They indicated a specific ordinance to cite and fine violating properly but continue to say on the next violation. Seems like these ordinances do not mean anything so why even have staff to enforce code. Waste of my taxes. I will be writing the mayor with specific details naming those who do not enforce ordinaces with times and date. From the few reviews seen here, my complaint/review will not make any impact as this is the norm.

Hoping this dept is bias- because most of the time the renters are the ones who get more help than the home owners. Some renters just want to cause trouble

This place is the worst! Am I dealing with high school graduates? 1) was sent to the EZOP portal with the wrong permit name 2) Portal would let me pay online 3) call back the next day and Natalie sends me an invoice 4) invoice was contaminated and debit card was charged MULTIPLE entries for an “dating escort service subscription @$39.99 each hit (4times!!!) 5) called back and Julie in the call center wanted to snicker and mock me when I asked to speak to the IT dept 6) I then ask to transfer to code enforcement supervisor and she HAS TO hear the IT problem (30 minutes wasted) only to tell me she’s now transferring me to IT dept only who 7) the IT DEPT informs me they ONLY assist county employees IT issues. So I decide to go to the location Tuesday get to the window to pay because I DARE NOT attempt to give card info online only to hear the receptionist (who’s new) tell me 8. she doesn’t know how to process payments and I have to wait. THATS 3 DAYS FOLKS to Dow hat would’ve taken any other company an hour at the most!!!

I stayed at my vacation home over the weekend with my family during which we got officers knocking on our doors once every day to check if we are the home owners. Stop harassing the homeowners and do your job better!

The code in forcemeat should do more about senior apartments in Rialto for the safety of the Apt that are supposed to be secured by working gates and cameras to keep us safe.
