First of all, the facility is beautiful. It's great to have this option for local families to enjoy. If you're looking to book a venue or rent one of their spaces however, forget about it. Extremely hard to get in contact with the venue coordinator, and once you do, the brochure/marketing materials is misleading because they aren't transparent about the fees. So basically, unless you're a corporation with $$$, you won't be able to book the venues. What's the point of having really nice but empty spaces that no one can use? I thought this space was to benefit the community?

Took my child to the new pool for open swim, we are not San Bruno residents. We were expecting to pay a fee for my child. They try to charge us the parents $8 each to sit on bleachers! So we decided not to go.
I’m sure it’s a nice pool, I think the leaders of San Bruno really need to re-think this !
This will be remove if you reach out and fix this policy

Staff is nice, they are still figuring out schedules but good facility. Residents and non-residents have entry fee (each visit) option or monthly/yearly at reasonable price. Both lap and recreation available. TBD on whether they can keep the pool/showers clean

Beautiful new setup through and through.

However, be wary if you're taking your children for first time swim lessons and they're scared. You can't be there to comfort and help them. You're forced to sit the furthest distance from them, without a decent view for pictures, while baking in the sun inside what feels like a sauna. Think you can fit against the wall out of the way of everyone? Naw.

What's with all the high prices for this that and the other? Wasn't this paid for by the residents and pg&e money?

Only the inside pool is open but they dont tell you that when you pay at the desk. Inaccurate pricing on Website $4 for child swim but $8 for adults to watch so it's actually $12 for a child swim -assuming ur both SB residents. The man in charge of lifeguards loves blowing his whistle and yelling at kids. Orange Park pool is better and free to watch your kid swim -as it should be. Ick.

Took my son to swim last week. They charged me for him to swim and for me to just watch him. Said it was an entry fee. Will be looking into orange park pool because a fee to just sit there is ridiculous and no where on the website does it mention that

Really nice facilities. Wide range of lap swimming pool times. Everything is shiny and new. The website needs better organisation of the information but the staff was very helpful.

Completely disorganized. Staff doesn’t know what is going on and schedules for pool are not clearly communicated nor posted online.

Wasted 3 trips coming here just to find out something changed and had to go back home because of their lack of competence and standards.
