Jeff was a recommendation from my boyfriend because they worked together and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Jeff knew what we needed and where we wanted to live. He showed us houses throughout those neighbors and was always considerate to our time schedule. When finally finding the house we wanted he worked to get it at the price we wanted. Throughout the process Jeff always made sure we felt good about everything and looked out for us. We were able to get credits from the seller and Jeff pushed to make sure they removed everything from the house. In the end we walked away with a great house and an easy experience. Jeff made it feel like he was always looking out for us and as a first time buyer that felt really good. I have been in the house for about 3 weeks and I continue to fall in love with it's charm.

I knew Jeff Vidal from college and with his 10+ years of experience in the real estate business he was the person I knew I wanted to help with my purchase. As a fellow veteran he was very knowledgeable and understood the requirements of VA and others options that we could have went as well. He was very professional and really catered to times that we were best available. At first we were pretty picky about the amenities we wanted and specific locations. Of course it was difficult to find properties within our requirements. He was straight up with us and we adjusted out (some) requirements. He worked day and night for us, sending updates constantly and also knew about other properties coming up for sale. We appreciate the long and late hours Jeff spent with offers and paperwork. Throughout the process we put in many offers and did not get any offers accepted (so frustrating). We were getting into a time crunch with our rental too! He was really assuring and said that he would find something better than what we were putting in offers for. In the end we found an awesome place that our family can grow into. Jeff is now part of my family and we are tremendously grateful for all Jeff has done for our family and purchase!!! Love you bro!!!

As a first time home buyer I was a little nervous about the whole experience. Jeff put me right at ease and was more than willing to help through every step of the way. Even with questions / concerns that fell outside of what a normal real estate agent would do. I'm a military veteran just like Jeff, so if you're a veteran getting a loan through the VA, he is the real estate agent for you. He showed me many great houses and got me into the one I really wanted. I've been living in the house now for 4 months and couldn't be happier.

Jeff is excellent in his job as a real estate agent. He is a hard worker, very professional, punctual, responsive and very knowledgeable. Moreover, I enjoyed working with him because he a nice guy, very personable and very helpful. What I think made the difference for me, is that Jeff understood what we wanted and did not waste time showing us properties that we wouldn't like. We ended up seeing probably a total of 6 or 7 properties, and the property we bought was the first one he took us to. The ones we saw after that were properties we looked up online, but eventually ended up buying the 1st one which was recommended by him. This tells you that from the beginning he knew what we would want to buy! Couldn't be happier with our purchase and will work with Jeff again and highly recommend him.
