This place is amazing! Not only does it have beautiful views, it's just a few steps to the beach! Pam, the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with! She provided everything from soap to towels! An outdoor closet provided outdoor amenities like chairs and pool noodles. We will definitely be going here again!

Definitely stay here. It's well kept, has a good location, and the rental chairs on the beach were so helpful! You will have a good time here for yourself and your family.

Specific pics of individual rental condos can be seen online on numerous sites, VRBO being one for example. My wife and 4 kiddos have been coming to Sand Castle 2 for the last 4 years and will continue to return. Condo #2903, Gail is the owner, is where we stay...its perfect, clean and has all the amenities needed. Ton of things to do locally and Gail is more than gracious to point you in the right direction. Lastly....it's ALL about the view! Indian Shores is our place.

I Was not entirely happy.

First the welcome mat at the entrance needs to be replaced….not welcoming at all. The locks were very confusing and could not open the top lock to access the key. Had to leave the door unlocked at first….

I know this is not anything you can do, but my husband was not happy about all the aggressive dogs in the condos.

Also when we arrived there were so many cockroaches in the parking lot I was afraid what I was going to find In the condo.

For the most part things looked nice when we arrived. But after looking around, I found the Condo needed to be cleaned. The sliding glass door was extremely dirty, the medicine cabinets were also very dirty….had to clean both. The master shower tiles had scum at the bottom. The back of the door in the master bath around the door knob was very dirty. The balcony was also dirty. The chairs were so sticky had to clean them also. The refrigerator was not cleaned. There was no cutting board in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are in need of repair on replaced.

You asked for us to do a tub of towels, it would have been nice to have laundry detergent….the bottle was empty. I know this is a rental and maybe I expected too much.

We did enjoy our stay and would probably stay again but hope the above issues are addressed.

We booked a month at Sand Castle II unit 404 in December 2020. The location of this condo is ideal as it is located on the beach. Just a short walk past the pool and your feet are in the soft sand. We did have an issue when we first arrived but the owner (Pam) was very responsive and worked very hard to resolve this issue (which she did). We loved our stay! The condo had everything that we needed as a party of 4. We were very comfortable and look forward to staying here again. We may have found "the place" where we will stay each time we are in this area! Thank you Pam for providing such a beautiful condo for our stay and making our trip a memorable one!

Great location for a decent price. Beach is nice, just a short walk from the condos. Parking lot is a bit tiny but so is the island. Issues we have is the pics online don't exactly match what we walked in to. Nice bright pics and it seems we walked in to a dungeon. There was mold around one tub and all the toilets are made for tiny humans. Minus that, not a bad place to stay.

We have stayed in 3 of Pam’s condos during our vacation the past 5 years. We love the location! The beach is gorgeous! Pam is very easy to work with. Her condos are clean and have everything you would need. Just bring your clothes and pick up some groceries. Our stay is always so relaxing and enjoyable. Lots of fun things to do in the area that would appeal to people of all ages.

Unit 2805 nicely renovated. Great oceanfront views. Kids loved the pools & hot tubs, plus free bikes at rental office. Large balcony with fans and nicer furniture than other units.
Minus 1 star because:
- we had no parking space due a "painting error" so we had to hunt for a guest spot or park across the street.
- only 1 grill was working so we had to stand in line 15-30 min to grill.
