Finding a good property management company is not easy. Overall I’m very happy to have our HOA handled by Sandcastle. They aren’t perfect but the staff really tries very hard to meet our needs. For example at 10:00 PM our property manager, Colleen Linzy, is answering email sent today!

Matt is a nice guy but by far the worsed property management in town (I deal with HOA's regularly for the last 20 years) Does nothing, ran our community into the ground, we now have large dogs all over, mechanic shops, 2 dead bodies in last 30 days, no irrigation service, no mulch, we have lawn care now after 6 months of not having it, trees not trimmed, literally not sure what is going on with all our money...... NEVER calls anyone back from the community. Millennial style. The good reviews Matt must have paid for. We hired him for lawyer skills and has to be the lawyer ever,and I know and have dealt with many for last 20 years as well.

Matt do yourself and the communities a favor and please sell your business, and go do something you love and enjoy. LIFE IS WAY TO SHORT MY FRIEND.

Went into Sand Castle last week to finalize paperwork for a sale of a home and was warmly greeted by a Barbara and Foster. The owner, Matthew, even came out to greet me when I was only there for menial paperwork. There was even a cute dog that was greeting customers and the AC was ice cold. Great business!

They are slow to respond. And They are not a good management company for a condo association they barely show up
they give no notices when work is being done ( 12 hours is not a proper notice it Has's to be 24 hours plus )they don’t return phone calls until a week later
after you call and email five times
They can’t give out information they don’t give out information because They don’t know what’s going on in the communities they serve
