I have little experience with this firm. The fact is I will never use them since thry have been working for the Chinese Government through a company called JOINN. This company wants to setup a Primate Quarantine Facility in Levy County Florida and have been denied a permit because of incompatible land use. Saunders Ralston & Dantzler is still trying to help find other properties for this Primate Facility to hold monkeys to be sold for experimental purposes. I find this company to be more interested in money, than the safety of Floridians and the U.S. since we have no idea what biological dangers may show up at this facility. No one can insure that these primates will not escape. Let the Chinese keep their monkeys in China along with any biological issues they my have.

SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler new building is amazing. Originally designed by Winter Haven architect Gene Leedy, the redevelopment was respectful of his work and added an atrium with a Frank Lloyd Wright influence. Plus the building is energy efficient.

These are the people selling off the last bit of rural land in Florida, they could care less about the impact of selling this land to big developers and destroying the ecosystem so many in Florida have come to love.
